Do it yourself as a new life attitude is the policy of the act.

The "market of faculty" presents illustrative projects, such as the models - Borrow instead of owning -DIY instead of buying - Repairing, converting, upgrading instead of wasting or practices of exchange economy. The focus is also to share and multiply knowledge and to provide useful knowledge for action (without consumption).

Everyone has individual talents, gifts, skills and knowledge that could bring value to the community which could be offered as an exchange for a service like bike repair, haircut, massage, tutoring, cleaning windows, official letters, etc.

Starting from the thesis "CREATIVITY = CAPITAL" (Joseph Beuys) the market is an experiment of open-workshops, where skills can be taught and learned. The common generated value through repairs and donated time units during the CAD period is tried to be calculated at the end.

The goal is to compile a reader as a sustainability guide and platform for addresses and contacts of initiatives, repair shops, neighborhood groups, workshops, courses, swap shops, flea markets, etc.

The aim is furthermore to establish a network for a growing, open and sustainable "market of skills" depending on the participating citizens, protagonists and participants.
